- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★June 05, 2020, by Andrea HeinerI have been participating in classes here for almost a year now and have loved every single moment there, yet the best review I could possibly give to Embody came from the mouth of my 15 year old son earlier today. I was deliberating whether to go to nia this evening. I wanted to, but "mom guilt" was kicking in. I had mostly prepped dinner, but if I went to class I wouldn't be able to get dinner on the table until fairly late. I muttered out loud about my dilemma and my son stopped and said "You should totally go! You always come home SO HAPPY when you go there!" Who wouldn't want to spend their time doing something that makes them happy and spread that happiness to everyone around them? Do yourself a favor. Go step in to Embody. Every single time I make the time for myself to go, I find myself smiling and thinking "Wow, I'm so glad I came."
