  We purchased a belt over the weekend. The belt was marked $9.99, but we were overcharged at $15.99. I called the store to resolve and spoke with the store manager. They refused to refund the difference stating that I needed to come in person (1.5 hours from home) "to protect my security." I called to try to resolve at the corporate level, but all they handle are discrepancies in reward points. Needless to say -- watch prices of everything you buy, and better yet, do not buy from there. I will no longer be shopping there. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. Please relay this information to all your friends and family, so that they do not suffer the same experience. I have to give it one star to allow it to post. The store deserves a zero.
